Using this website

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them together with our Returns & refunds, Shipping and Privacy policies.

Orders

When you place an order, you’ll receive an order confirmation by email. A contract is formed when we confirm your order. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or a price was shown incorrectly, in which case we’ll refund you in full.

Prices and payment

All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR). Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. We don’t see or store your full card details.

Using the product safely

Please follow the instructions included with your cleaner. Ultrasonic cleaning isn’t suitable for pearls, opals, emeralds, turquoise, glued-in stones or some plated and costume jewellery. Keep the device away from children and don’t immerse the base in water.

Returns, refunds and warranty

Your rights to cancel and to return faulty goods are set out in our Returns & refunds policy.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for damage to items that the product isn’t suitable for. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act or other South African law.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
