WYLLBE (Pty) Ltd (trading as Glint & Bristle) is responsible for your personal information under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

• Your name, email address, phone number and delivery address when you order.
• Your order history and any messages you send us.
• Basic technical information needed to run the website, such as a cookie that remembers your cart.

Payments are handled by our payment providers. We don’t receive or store your full card details.

To process and deliver your order, provide customer support, handle returns, meet our legal and tax obligations, and, only if you agree, send you news and offers.

Only with the service providers needed to run the store: our e-commerce platform (Shopify), payment providers, and courier companies. Some of these providers may store information outside South Africa, with appropriate protections in place. We never sell your information.

We keep order records for as long as the law requires (for example, for tax purposes) and other information only as long as we need it.

You may ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, or object to it being used for marketing. Contact our Information Officer using the details below. You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa.
